Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will work on‑site in Casablanca, performing routine and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, machinery and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect equipment, diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, and complete repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities and coordinate with operations staff to schedule work.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with equipment upgrades and parts replacement.

Required profile

• Strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or similar production environments.
• Technical diploma or certification in maintenance, mechanics, electrical or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Casablanca, including occasional shifts, overtime or weekend work.

• Knowledge of safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and ability to read technical manuals and schematics
