Merchandiser

About the role

DEEPWEAR, a progressive fashion agency, is looking for a self‑motivated Merchandiser to manage end‑to‑end production projects and support its rapid growth phase. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full production cycles from product development and sourcing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, factories, suppliers, design, sales, logistics, and marketing teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee production timelines, materials, costs, quality, and risk management.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, build strong supplier relationships, and conduct quality inspections before shipment.
• Maintain client communication, provide updates, resolve issues, and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in production, merchandising, operations or supply chain, preferably in fashion/textiles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English with client‑facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for factory and client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM tools.
