Management Consultant – Healthcare/Life Sciences

About the role

Join IQVIA's Consulting team covering North, East, and West Africa as a Management Consultant focused on healthcare and life sciences. You will work on a variety of consulting engagements, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills to help pharmaceutical clients optimize their strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of management consulting projects for life‑sciences clients.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, collect and validate data from multiple sources, and develop high‑quality deliverables, reports and presentations.
• Support project planning, monitor activities, ensure timely delivery, and guide junior analysts where appropriate.
• Contribute to proposal development and business‑development activities, identifying follow‑on opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Health or related field from a leading university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with good project‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; French is preferred; international or cross‑geography experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
