Marketing Assistant

About the role

Nindohost is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to support its Marketing Manager in Tangier. The role is full time and permanent, with compensation depending on the profile. The assistant helps plan, execute and monitor marketing projects and contributes actively to the company's marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing and monitoring digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for blogs, social networks, newsletters and other communication channels
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and growth opportunities
• Work with sales, content and design teams to produce consistent marketing materials
• Help organise and promote events such as webinars, trade shows and conferences
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analysis reports for the Marketing Manager
• Take part in managing and optimising marketing and CRM tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, communication or an equivalent field
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a marketing assistant, marketing coordinator or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, especially digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social networks, email marketing)
• Excellent written and spoken French and English
• Ability to work on several projects at once, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to market changes and new technologies

• Analytical, synthesis and creative thinking, with autonomy, rigor and teamwork
