Marketing Manager

About the role

Maaÿaz is a jewelry brand founded by sisters, inspired by the traditional gold-thread weaving of Moroccan caftans, whose designs are handcrafted in a Casablanca workshop. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager based in Rabat to develop and run marketing strategies that raise brand awareness and engage customers across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including events.
• Oversee social media and content creation.
• Coordinate brand collaborations.
• Analyze marketing performance data, optimize campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Work closely with design, sales and operations teams to support business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning and campaign planning.
• Understanding of luxury, fashion or jewelry markets; experience in heritage or artisanal brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Ability to work on-site in Rabat and build strong external partnerships.
