Marketing Office Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Office Assistant supports the daily operation of the Casablanca office, acting as a bridge between Marketing, HR, Administration, Facilities and external service providers. The role ensures a welcoming, well‑organised environment while contributing to internal communication and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal communication campaigns and coordinate distribution of materials.
• Provide logistical support for local marketing initiatives, recruitment events, career fairs and university visits.
• Manage day‑to‑day office administration, employee insurance files and new‑hire logistics.
• Coordinate service‑provider interventions, monitor workspace conditions and report maintenance needs.
• Organise internal and external events, prepare meeting rooms and welcome visitors, partners and delegations.
• Monitor merchandising inventory, prepare monthly stock reports and ensure availability of promotional items.
• Centralise operational needs, track actions, maintain dashboards and report on activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to act as a key point of contact.
• Capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external providers.
