Marketing & Revenue Systems Architect

About the role

Glo3D is looking for a Marketing & Revenue Systems Architect to design the end‑to‑end flow of leads, data, and processes that connect advertising, CRM, websites and AI‑driven follow‑up for car dealers. You will work directly with the CEO and the AI marketing agent to create a blueprint that guides developers and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design lead flows, funnels and end‑to‑end tracking using HubSpot as the central hub.
• Define HubSpot objects, pipelines, workflows, routing rules and reporting structures.
• Create specifications for developers and AI coding agents to implement system integrations.
• Map data sharing between Glo3D products and ensure seamless hand‑off of leads.
• Oversee CRM and website products from a systems perspective and design tracking infrastructure for social media.
• Analyze conversion rates, identify drop‑off points and propose improvements.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth or RevOps, preferably in automotive, SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Deep expertise as a CRM power user or CRM system designer, with a proven track record of building conversion‑focused funnels.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.

Required skills

• HubSpot (objects, pipelines, workflows, reporting).
• Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Meta, Google and TikTok tracking and conversion measurement.
• Server‑side event handling, webhooks and basic integrations.
