Master Data Management Technical Analyst

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is looking for a Technical MDM Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of its Master Data Management platform. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, structure, and system efficiency while collaborating with global IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage data within Informatica MDM.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
• Investigate missing or incorrect data fields and implement corrective actions.
• Configure and support data rules such as mandatory tax/VAT fields.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data issues and enhancements.
• Support reporting, monitoring, and dashboarding of data quality.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in MDM, data management, or data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role combining data tasks and coordination.
• Comfortable operating in a global, cross‑functional environment.
