Medical Science Liaison – Casablanca

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field‑based scientific expert who builds trusted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The role generates actionable medical insights that inform Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Affairs strategy and supports evidence generation and medical education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level scientific exchange with external stakeholders, discussing disease management, clinical data, and treatment landscapes.
• Establish and maintain scientific partnerships with KOLs and HCPs, identifying emerging experts.
• Capture field‑based insights from KOL interactions and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Provide accurate, balanced clinical information and support medical education activities and congress engagements.
• Support the development and execution of local medical plans, aligning field activities with regional strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Scientific or medical degree with strong knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Proven experience in a medical affairs or scientific liaison role.
• Ability to engage KOLs and HCPs with credibility and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
