Meet & Assist Agent - Fast Track

About the role

Swissport, a global leader in aviation services, is looking for a Meet & Assist Agent to act as the first point of contact for passengers needing fast track and personalized airport assistance. The role suits someone with a professional presence, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing passengers with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide fast track assistance, including escorting passengers through security, immigration and boarding
• Handle bookings and flight information updates
• Liaise with airport staff and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist passengers with wheelchair support and other special requirements
• Maintain a professional appearance and readiness for all interactions

Required profile

• Diploma in hospitality, tourism, business administration or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles; airport, hotel or concierge experience is a plus
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, autonomous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
