Mid-Level Scrum Master

About the role

PayNow is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Scrum Master to join its fintech and digital payment team in Agadir. You will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and broader Agile best practices.
• Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, generate Agile metrics, and report status to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture.
• Maintain transparency with stakeholders to align expectations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working on fintech, banking, or digital payment projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent) is desirable.
