About the role

As a Mid Market Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will guide hospitality businesses through the successful implementation of our cloud‑based platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping mid‑market properties adopt, optimize, and launch the solution so they can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for mid‑market hotel clients, from initial setup to go‑live.
• Conduct training sessions, provide hands‑on guidance, and ensure customers achieve rapid value realization.
• Collaborate with Project Management and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless, strategic onboarding experience.
• Assist clients in designing operational processes that align with the Cloudbeds platform and their business goals.
• Monitor adoption metrics, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Strong background in hospitality operations with a deep understanding of hotel workflows.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to build trust and deliver personalized support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering “unreasonable hospitality.”
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working fully remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS onboarding or customer success in the hospitality sector.
