About the role

NTU International is recruiting a Moderator and Facilitator of Public Engagement for a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership. The role will support strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach activities across Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and moderate workshops, debates and participatory sessions with diverse audiences.
• Facilitate citizen engagement and stakeholder dialogue to promote EU initiatives.
• Collaborate with the communication team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Prepare reports and synthesize feedback from public engagement activities.
• Support the creation of multilingual communication materials.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+3) in communication, sociology, social psychology, political science or a related field. If the degree is not held, at least six years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in workshop facilitation, debate moderation, citizen engagement or public mobilisation.
• Fluent in French and Moroccan Arabic (Darija); proficiency in Standard Arabic and English is an advantage.
• At least one year of specific experience in moderating group discussions or similar activities.

Required skills

• Advanced language skills: French, Moroccan Arabic (Darija), Standard Arabic, English.
• Strong facilitation and moderation techniques.
