About the role

The Stakeholder Mobilisation and Public Engagement Manager will support an EU‑funded project aimed at increasing the visibility of the European Union in Morocco and fostering a deeper understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership through strategic communication and public diplomacy activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement stakeholder mobilisation strategies to engage public, civil‑society and institutional partners.
• Coordinate networks of local and international partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and disseminate communication materials that highlight EU initiatives and promote public awareness.
• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops and outreach activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement actions, providing regular reports to the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+3 degree in communication, public relations, political science, international relations, social sciences, project management or a related field.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in stakeholder mobilisation, institutional communication, public relations, network coordination, citizen engagement or partnership management. If the academic level is below BAC+3, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
