Modern Workplace and Endpoint Engineer

About the role

As part of Scalian Group’s Digital Workplace evolution, we are looking for an Endpoint Workplace & Modern Management Engineer. You will work within the Infrastructure team to administer, enhance and secure Windows endpoints and mobile devices, while contributing to workplace modernisation projects, process automation and continuous improvement of the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and develop the Microsoft Intune platform, including configuration policies, application deployment, Windows update management, scripting and remediation, and role management.
• Administer and develop Microsoft Autopilot, optimise deployment processes and manage cloud‑and‑hybrid deployment profiles.
• Provide technical support to local IT support technicians and deliver expert‑level assistance for endpoint‑related issues.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID environments, including groups, dynamic assignments, identity and device management.
• Design, maintain and optimise Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and implement endpoint configuration standards.
• Administer Mobile Device Management for Apple iOS and Android platforms.

• Member of the Infrastructure team, reporting to the Group Head of IT Infrastructure.
