Modern Workplace O365 Expert (H/F)

About the role

Scalian is looking for a Modern Workplace O365 Expert to lead the evolution, security and standardisation of SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot across the Group’s IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will drive audits, clean‑ups and governance to ensure a robust, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of SharePoint sites, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot environments.
• Identify obsolete or non‑governed resources and produce remediation reports.
• Clean‑up, archive or delete unused assets and rationalise collaborative workspaces.
• Define and implement templates, naming conventions and security settings for Teams and SharePoint.
• Establish lifecycle management processes (creation, operation, review, archiving, deletion) and automate them with Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Monitor KPIs, storage capacity and retention policies, especially for Power Platform Dataverse.
• Provide Level‑3 support and maintain a technology watch on Microsoft O365 developments.
• Define governance and best‑practice guides for Copilot AI and Copilot Studio usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar Microsoft‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management).
• Service‑oriented mindset, proactive, results‑driven and well‑organised.
