MSL Neurosciences

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Neurosciences will lead scientific engagement with key Medical Experts (MEs). You will implement clinical and educational strategies, respond to unsolicited medical enquiries, and support Novartis clinical research programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map MEs and key accounts, uncovering opportunities to address specific medical needs.
• Develop and execute ME engagement plans aligned with country strategy.
• Respond promptly to unsolicited information requests from MEs.
• Support trial execution, provide scientific education to study sites, and facilitate Investigator Initiated Trials.
• Serve as a medical resource for field colleagues and ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable and work within ethics and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Medical, pharmacy or life‑science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or related scientific roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration and project execution skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
