Multilingual Adventure Motorcycle Tour Guide (Tangier/Marrakesh)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, multilingual Adventure Motorcycle Tour Guide to lead international riders on unforgettable journeys across Morocco’s diverse landscapes, from the Sahara Desert to the Atlas Mountains and coastal roads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead guided motorcycle tours on‑ and off‑road routes throughout Morocco.
• Ensure rider safety, provide mechanical assistance and resolve route challenges.
• Share cultural, historical and local insights with participants.
• Coordinate tour logistics including accommodations, meals and daily route planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are a plus.
• Proven experience as a motorcycle tour guide or similar role in tourism.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Morocco, often for tours up to 12 days.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for adventure travel.

Required skills

• Advanced motorcycle riding skills on both on‑road and off‑road terrain.
