Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor ensures smooth hotel operations throughout the overnight shift, combining front‑desk service with accounting and audit responsibilities. Working at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late and the guardian of the hotel’s financial integrity until the morning hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in guests, allocate rooms and coordinate with Housekeeping and Room Service.
• Escort guests, introduce them to facilities and provide relevant information.
• Handle reservations, amendments and general booking enquiries.
• Prepare pre‑registration for next‑day arrivals and update guest history records.
• Manage cash floats, report shortages or overages and assist the Front Office Manager and Finance Director.
• Process facsimiles, e‑mails and typing tasks as required.
• Maintain a detailed hand‑over for the incoming shift and adhere to health, safety, fire and security procedures.
• Assist other departments and cross‑train as needed.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night hours and provide excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to support other areas of the hotel when required.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic accounting/audit procedures.
• Reservation and front‑desk system operation.
• Proficiency in email and fax communication.
