NVH Project Performance Leader

About the role

The NVH Project Performance Leader will support automotive programs by ensuring noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance throughout the vehicle development process. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to prepare and analyse technical documentation, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare part check‑lists and hole‑files for plant inspections, ensuring NVH compliance.
• Perform thickness‑map analyses in ANSA and generate acoustic package BOM presentations.
• Analyse loudspeaker layouts and audio checks against defined criteria.
• Produce weekly RT/RAL robustness reports and identify parts relevant to NVH.
• Create CATIA hypotheses for critical components and conduct benchmark acoustic analyses.
• Assemble opening‑section books for wind‑noise performance evaluation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in NVH, automotive engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency with PLM tools, especially Teamcenter.
• Strong communication skills in English.
