Observability / SRE / DevOps Engineer (Mid‑Senior Level)

About the role

DXHero is looking for a mid‑senior level Observability, Site Reliability and DevOps engineer to join its fully remote technical team. You will work with enterprise customers across the EMEA region, helping them implement and optimise Datadog to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Datadog solutions for customers or assist their engineers in online deployments.
• Provide technical support for Datadog via Slack, Teams, or virtual meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive usage scans of Datadog environments and deliver optimisation recommendation reports.
• Create and fine‑tune dashboards, alerts and monitoring pipelines tailored to customer needs.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional candidates with 3–5 years are also considered.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong understanding of observability, SRE and DevOps best practices.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with EMEA business hours.
