Odoo Lead Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Lead Developer to guide and grow a team of Python/Odoo engineers. You will be the technical reference for Odoo projects, ensuring high‑quality code, robust architecture, and seamless integration with third‑party systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, organize and mentor a team of Odoo developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
• Define technical architecture for Odoo implementations and validate design choices.
• Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions.
• Optimize performance, ensure stability, and integrate external APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to estimate workloads, plan deliveries and monitor progress.
• Participate in technical recruitment and promote a positive, communicative team climate.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo (v12‑v17) and Python development.
• Proven track record as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead on complex Odoo projects.
• Experience managing and motivating a technical team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
