负责酒店整体运营管理，涵盖前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升财务绩效。
主要职责
- 制定并执行酒店运营战略，推动收入增长。
- 监控运营指标、预算及成本，分析服务问题并提出改进。
- 领导各部门团队，提升客人满意度和员工绩效。
- 管理收益目标，监督入住率、房价及费用控制。
任职要求
- 工商管理或酒店管理相关学位（大专或本科）。
- 2-4 年酒店前厅、客房、销售或运营管理经验。
- 具备分析、决策及跨部门协作能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉酒店运营流程及品牌服务标准。
- 具备财务报表分析与预算管理能力。
