主要职责

制定并执行部门及全酒店运营战略。
监控收入、成本及预算，提升盈利能力。
管理客人满意度，处理投诉与反馈。
领导并培养部门团队，推动服务质量提升。
监督人力资源活动，确保公平公正的员工管理。

任职要求

工商管理或酒店管理相关学位（大专或本科）。
2-4 年酒店前厅、客房、销售或运营管理经验。
具备分析问题、制定决策的能力。

必备技能

熟悉酒店运营流程及品牌标准。
具备财务报表分析能力。
良好的团队领导与沟通能力。
