职位概况
负责酒店设施的整体维护与管理，确保建筑、机械设备及安全系统的高效运行，提升客人和员工的体验并实现财务目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行工程运营战略，管理预算、资本支出及预防性维护计划。
- 监督机械、制冷、暖通空调、管道、水处理及电气系统的日常运行。
- 领导应急响应团队，处理设备故障并确保消防安全合规。
- 控制能源、照明、用水等可控费用，审查财务报告。
- 管理工程项目施工，确保按预算和时间完成。
任职要求
- 高中学历并6年工程维护经验，或大专以上相关专业并4年经验。
- 接受过暖通空调、制冷、电气、管道技术培训。
- 具备预算管理、资本项目及资产保护经验。
