职位概况
负责酒店整体财务战略的制定与执行，确保财务业绩符合品牌目标并提升投资回报。
主要职责
- 进行战略规划与决策，制定年度经营预算并提供预算审查分析支持。
- 分析财务数据、销售预测与成本收益，识别利润提升机会并实施风险控制。
- 领导财务团队，监督内部、外部审计，确保会计与运营控制环境符合标准。
- 管理酒店营运资金、现金流及税务，及时提交财务报告并推动成本节约。
任职要求
- 财务会计或相关专业四年制学士学位并具备3年以上财务会计工作经验，或同专业硕士学位并具备1年以上经验。
- 具备金融专业知识，能够制定并执行与酒店业务战略相一致的财务计划。
