Operations Coordinator Internship – ATM Network

About the role

Euronet is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator Intern to support daily operations of its ATM network in Casablanca. You will work within a global operations team, gaining hands‑on experience in process optimisation, incident coordination and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Improve availability, avoid failures, increase revenue and optimise costs of ATM services.
• Maintain communication flow with external providers such as security, installation, transportation and CIT companies.
• Provide local support to centralized operations, define scopes, set up measurement points and document processes.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements, manage project testing and implementation support.
• Maintain the inventory of ATM machines and site data in dedicated systems.
• Deliver technical office and IT/telco support for operations.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare documentation and ensure smooth information exchange between local teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate Euronet resources to resolve incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong computer literacy with a preference for IT knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
