Operations Manager – Finance & People

About the role

Veylinx is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager based in Morocco to oversee day‑to‑day finance and people operations across its global entities. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will ensure invoices, supplier payments, payroll, and employee onboarding run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable for Dutch, Moroccan, and US entities, issue invoices, chase payments and keep aging reports clean.
• Process expense reimbursements, prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll providers in each country.
• Maintain weekly cash‑flow overview, prepare bank reconciliation inputs and compile monthly document packs for external accountants.
• Handle Moroccan statutory administration (CNSS, IR withholding) together with Sofinex.
• Keep deal‑to‑revenue tracking accurate in HubSpot.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, contractor agreements and coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics.
• Administer leave, PTO balances and absence tracking.
• Organise internal tooling, subscriptions and vendor contracts, and support travel and team events.
• Automate recurring workflows (invoice generation, reporting, document drafting) using Claude and Claude Code, documenting solutions for team use.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with experience in finance and HR administration.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external accountants and payroll providers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple country‑specific processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with leadership and external partners.
