Operations Manager – Tourism & Hospitality

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily tourism and hospitality activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high service standards. This role coordinates multiple departments, manages operational teams, and supports the company’s growth in the tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operational activities and tourism experiences.
• Coordinate between departments, vendors, transportation, and activity providers.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements, and control operational costs.
• Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and operational readiness.
• Handle operational challenges and guest escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational procedures.
• Conduct team training, briefings, and prepare performance reports.
• Support business development and tourism growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or operations management.
• Background in tourism destinations, DMCs, resorts, or similar projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of tourism operations and hospitality standards.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, or French is preferred.
