Operations Senior Manager – Telco

About the role
The Operations Senior Manager will lead the TELUS Technical Support program in Morocco, ensuring that all client‑facing key performance indicators are met while maintaining a profitable and efficient operation. This on‑site position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for long‑term client relationship management and cross‑functional alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver program and client‑facing KPIs in line with financial targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives.
- Oversee a large team, ensuring performance standards and service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of senior managerial experience in operations.
- Proven experience managing at least 300 full‑time equivalents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a telecom program.
