Order Fulfillment Supervisor

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the efficient processing and delivery of sales orders for its Massachusetts facilities. Based in Uxbridge, you will coordinate with the team in Fall River and work closely with the Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure timely, accurate shipments to dispensary customers.

Key responsibilities

• Train, onboard, and mentor leads, agents, and drivers to maintain high performance standards.
• Track and maintain records for delivery vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor daily task execution by leads and agents, providing coaching or discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP), and help develop new processes to boost productivity.
• Take daily attendance and participate in weekly meetings with the Order Fulfillment Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising logistics or fulfillment teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to enforce policies, coach staff, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑facility coordination.
