Order to Cash Associate – Canadian Project

About the role

Join our Order to Cash team in Rabat and support the end‑to‑end processing of orders and cash transactions for a Canadian project. You will ensure accurate billing, dispute handling, and cash collection while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set up contracts and customer accounts in the order management system.
• Process billing, manage disputes, and follow up on cash collection.
• Handle partner and customer queries via email and system tickets.
• Maintain master data and perform back‑office tasks related to the OTC process.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and create/update process documentation.
• Provide audit evidence, ensure compliance with business controls, and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English.
• Ability to work autonomously, follow manager guidance, and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in order management systems.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Experience with customized ERP systems.
