Order To Cash Specialist

About the role

The Order To Cash Specialist supports daily collections and dispute management operations, ensuring processes are followed and compliance standards are met. The role leads a small team, promotes accurate transaction processing, and drives a positive work environment to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team attendance, login hours, and unscheduled leave using ERP tools in line with LTC‑Collections & Helpdesk processes.
• Oversee processing, collection, and application of customer payments while adhering to company policies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies using ERP tools.
• Maintain accurate records of order‑related transactions for data accessibility.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable and customer service to address invoice and payment issues.
• Lead regular team meetings to share updates, address concerns, and encourage open communication.
• Foster team retention and engagement through motivation and skill‑development initiatives.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback on process adherence.
• Support compliance training for new and existing team members.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of LTC‑Collections, Helpdesk, and LTC‑Dispute Management concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP tools for transaction processing and account reconciliation.
• Fundamental knowledge of process compliance, attendance monitoring, and record maintenance.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
• Solution‑mindset approach to problem solving within the team.
