Order to Cash Specialist – OTC Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Order to Cash Specialist to join our IT company in Rabat. You will be part of the OTC team, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and cash flows are managed efficiently. Your work will directly support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in account receivable activities such as contract setup, customer identification, billing, dispute management, and cash collection.
• Handle partner and customer queries, manage back‑office tasks, and coordinate data updates in master data systems.
• Communicate daily with customers via email and system portals, and attend meetings or conference calls with client representatives.
• Support internal teams by providing audit evidence, escalating issues, and ensuring compliance with business controls and security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong analytical mindset, resilience under pressure, and excellent numerical accuracy.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with order management systems.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Experience using a customized ERP system.
