OT Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

CYRAF, a leading industrial cybersecurity company, is looking for an OT Cyber Security Engineer to protect critical infrastructure such as energy, water, transportation and communication networks. You will design, implement and maintain security solutions that safeguard operational technology environments against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation, safety and package system networks and interfaces.
• Lead cybersecurity transformation projects, including configuration of switches, firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS and other network security devices.
• Apply hardening measures based on the CIS framework.
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware).
• Implement advanced Microsoft Active Directory and RADIUS solutions.
• Manage endpoint protection tools such as McAfee ePO, DLP and application control.
• Deploy detection solutions including log management, SIEM and SOC capabilities.
• Administer backup and restore solutions (Veritas, Acronis) and oversee patch management (WSUS).
• Prepare, review and approve engineering and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or in a comparable role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with credibility when dealing with clients.
