OT Cybersecurity Governance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Governance Engineer to strengthen the security posture of our industrial operations across several manufacturing sites. The role focuses on defining governance frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting the implementation of OT security projects as part of a broader digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track and report OT cybersecurity KPIs.
• Perform risk assessments for OT, SCADA and industrial control environments.
• Develop and maintain governance processes and guidelines, including NIS2 compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Lead operational security meetings, awareness sessions and cross‑functional workshops.
• Assist the rollout of OT security solutions such as backup & recovery and secure remote access.
• Contribute to “Cybersecure by Design” initiatives for new industrial solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Cybersecurity, Industrial IT, Automation, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in industrial cybersecurity (OT/ICS/SCADA) and familiarity with industrial network architectures.
• Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity governance, risk assessment and operational reporting.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
