Outbound English Sales Agent (Commission Based)

About the role
Dial Wise International is expanding its outbound sales team and seeks motivated English‑speaking agents to promote its services to customers. You will work from our Tanger office, making calls, building relationships and earning attractive commissions based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Build rapport and effectively communicate service benefits.
- Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet collective goals.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and target‑driven mindset.
- Previous sales or call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
