Outbound Sales Representative - Travel Industry

About the role

We are looking for a remote Outbound Sales Representative to promote travel products and services to potential and existing customers. The role is full‑time and focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting calls into sales while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and new prospects in the travel sector.
• Present travel packages, upsell additional services, and tailor offers to customer needs.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system accurately.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine sales scripts and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside/outbound sales with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong lead‑generation and qualification abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling objections.
• Experience in the travel industry or selling travel‑related services is a plus.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with international clients.
