P2P Accounts Payable Junior Analyst

About the role

Swissport is looking for a motivated P2P Accounts Payable Junior Analyst to join its Business Services team in Morocco. You will support the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay process for English‑speaking countries, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and post incoming invoices, with or without purchase orders.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices to meet payment deadlines.
• Handle vendor and internal inquiries via email, phone, or other channels in English.
• Collaborate with local requisitioners, invoice approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Identify and communicate potential issues, escalating when necessary.
• Apply and uphold Procure‑to‑Pay policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement and support quality projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with Business Services colleagues and country stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is desirable.
• 1‑4+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles (preferred).
• Understanding of the full Procure‑to‑Pay cycle and AP regulations (a plus).
• Experience in a shared services or business services environment (a plus).
• Strong customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork mindset.
• Self‑starter with good written and verbal communication skills.
