Payroll Supervisor

About the role

Speedaf, an integrated logistics service provider operating in emerging markets, is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Supervisor for its Casablanca hub. The role will oversee the complete payroll cycle, benefits administration, and core HR operations while ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and disburse monthly payroll for regular staff, temporary workers, and interns, verifying attendance, overtime, leave, bonuses and commissions.
• Prepare payroll reports and conduct labor cost analysis.
• Manage CNSS/AMO social security declarations, payments and income‑tax (IR) calculations, including annual filing.
• Administer employee benefits such as health, meal and transport allowances.
• Handle onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, off‑boarding and contract management.
• Maintain accurate payroll and HR data, support internal and external audits, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll or HR experience, preferably in logistics or multinational environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; business‑level English.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with HRIS or payroll software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
