Pentest Analyst / Penetration Tester

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pentest Analyst to join our international cybersecurity team in Rabat. You will play a key part in assessing the security of web applications, systems and network infrastructures, helping to protect the organization against evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, servers, and network components.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities such as authentication flaws, misconfigurations, injection issues, missing patches and credential exposure.
• Conduct assessments aligned with OWASP Top 10 and other industry standards.
• Document findings in clear, actionable reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to support remediation and verify fixes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal testing methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in penetration testing or vulnerability assessment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT or a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis, threat modeling and vulnerability classification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Autonomous, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.
