People Development Partner

About the role

We are looking for a People Development Partner to support recruitment activities and manage training, career development, and performance management pillars across Atos. The role will shape talent growth strategies and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs.
• Support career management initiatives, including mobility and succession planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and build tailored action plans.
• Lead and coordinate internal communication initiatives related to People Development programs.
• Develop creative employee engagement and internal communication initiatives to strengthen culture and employee experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR development tools and practices, focusing on innovative and AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience within a multinational organization, ideally in the IT sector.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset with genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its HR applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience in internal communication, crafting and delivering clear, engaging messages to diverse audiences.
