Planning Pilot – Automotive Sector

About the role

The Planning Pilot will support the automotive sector at ALTEN Maroc, coordinating project dashboards, meetings and contract monitoring to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain dashboards using BI/BO tools, macro extraction, PLM and PEPP data.
• Lead weekly meetings with trade teams (ADAS, DSEE, Engines, etc.) and monitor PRS purchasing contracts and supply‑part issues.
• Track officializations such as OCM and NFC, and follow up business items in GIMUX meetings.
• Organise codification meetings, keep tracking files up‑to‑date and monitor open subjects.
• Build Product Definition Documents (PDD) together with quality and trade experts.
• Define and analyse use cases involving NFC, product variations, emulation and related technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination or planning within the automotive industry.
• Ability to review project milestones, produce progress summaries and collaborate with model owners.
• Experience reviewing projects with multiple trade disciplines and resolving quality‑related blockers.
• Proficiency in maintaining landing files and supporting modernization initiatives.
• Strong coordination and meeting‑facilitation skills.
