Private Sector Analyst – Gender‑Responsive Private Sector Development

About the role
UN Women is seeking a Private Sector Analyst to support the Morocco chapter of the Surging Women’s Employment Flagship Initiative (SWEI). The analyst will help expand decent employment opportunities for women by strengthening partnerships with the private sector and promoting gender‑responsive workplaces.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical, operational and coordination support for the implementation of SWEI in Morocco.
- Identify and develop transformative partnerships with private‑sector companies.
- Promote gender‑responsive workplace practices and monitor progress.
- Support planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting of programme activities.
- Ensure alignment with regional SWEI orientations and UN Women policies.
Required profile
- National of Morocco.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Experience or interest in gender equality, private‑sector engagement and development programmes.
- Ability to work closely with UN Women Morocco office and regional specialists.
