Process Auditor

About the role

Next Fabrication’s QA4Blade team is seeking an experienced Process Auditor to support wind turbine blade manufacturing in Morocco. You will ensure process compliance, monitor quality performance, and drive continuous improvement across the blade production line.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process audits throughout the blade manufacturing process.
• Verify adherence to approved procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing activities, identify deviations, and follow escalation protocols.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through process monitoring and follow‑up actions.
• Generate weekly and monthly quality reports and analyse production data to spot trends.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct safety assessments.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and safe working practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wind turbine blade manufacturing or a similar high‑tech production environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Pragmatic, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams, quality personnel, and customer representatives.
