Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing (Wind Turbine Blades)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality team in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades. You will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality throughout the production cycle and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily quality activities and enforce internal procedures and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the shop‑floor quality team.
• Monitor product and process quality across the manufacturing cycle.
• Identify, investigate and resolve quality issues and non‑conformities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support internal and external audits and implement audit action plans.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Maintenance to improve quality.
• Promote a strong quality culture and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in composite materials/FRP manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Background in aeronautical, wind energy or advanced manufacturing is valued.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, non‑conformity management and problem‑solving methods.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
