Process Automation and Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Process Automation and Support Specialist to manage our live support queue across core tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, Slack, Zoom and other internal systems. You will ensure timely resolution of requests, keep the queue clean, and continuously improve workflows through automation in a fast‑moving, SLA‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical requests in chat across HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe and other tools within defined SLAs.
• Own the support queue end‑to‑end: triage, prioritize, and prevent backlog buildup.
• Escalate blocked or high‑risk items proactively.
• Support routine HubSpot administration, including workflows, automations and reporting.
• Build and maintain automations across Slack, Aircall, Stripe, Zoom and other systems using n8n, Zapier or Google Apps Script.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated problem‑solver comfortable with high‑volume request streams.
• Strong async communication skills with clear written updates.
• Calm and reliable during busy or repetitive periods.
• Quick learner of new tools and independent troubleshooter.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, Slack and Zoom.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier or Google Apps Script.
• Technical support or CRM operations background.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted workflows.
