Processing Agent – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Processing Agent to join our 2nd‑shift team at our Fall River facility. The role focuses on handling harvested cannabis flower, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring product quality and compliance with strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material using heavy machinery, including the Mobius trimmer and treatment machine.
• Grate, sort, weigh, and log processed material accurately.
• Collect samples and perform quality‑control tests.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport finished product from the work area to storage.
• Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to work independently during the 2nd‑shift schedule (Monday‑Friday, 3 pm‑11:30 pm).

Required skills

• Operation of heavy machinery, specifically the Mobius machine trimmer and treatment machine.
• Accurate measurement, packaging, and labeling of product.
• Sample collection and basic quality‑control testing.
