About the role
Cresco Labs is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join its manufacturing team in Fall River. The role supports quality‑related activities across the facility, ensuring that cannabis flower, oil, infused products and edibles meet specifications and brand consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and components.
- Conduct start‑up verification and in‑process checks.
- Sample and inspect finished products, including flower, oils, vape cartridges and gummies.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Identify potential quality risks and collaborate with operations to develop improvement actions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document findings accurately.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Required skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection and sampling techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for cannabis products.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and recording data.
