Procurement, Operations, Systems & Contingent Workforce Support Analyst

About the role

Cnexia, a fully owned Moroccan subsidiary of a major Canadian telecom company, is hiring a Support Analyst for its contingent workforce, procurement operations and Ivalua systems. The role provides high-volume operational support across vendor and supplier management, governance and Ivalua operations, and works closely with Business Units and Procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor mandates, including validation, corrections, stakeholder follow-ups, tracker maintenance and coordination with Business Units and Procurement before submission.
• Act as the main contact for Business Units on mandate clarification, issue resolution, worker and invoice approvals and compliance guidance.
• Support Ivalua activities such as request management, troubleshooting, stakeholder support and process optimization.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational requests and inquiries, and coordinate with suppliers on onboarding, training and process adherence.
• Lead reporting and analytics, including data quality reviews, trend analysis, dashboard support, ad hoc reporting and documentation.
• Support Business Intelligence initiatives and drive data integrity by resolving PEIN issues, aligning worker records and cleaning legacy data.
• Monitor contingent workforce governance and compliance, and manage contractor lifecycle activities such as onboarding, renewals, governance reviews and workforce reporting.
• Oversee the TEAMS program, managing renewals and moving suitable engagements into TEAMS for better governance and centralized contractor management.
• Deliver training materials and process documentation, partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency, and support peak periods such as quarter-end, month-end billing and annual workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in contingent workforce management, procurement operations, vendor management or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience supporting contingent workforce and procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, dashboarding and data quality management.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Ivalua or similar procurement, vendor management or workforce management systems.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
